Youth Career Enrichment Workshop:  Direct youths, ages 12 to 17, in developing a 4-step career plan that includes ~

• a specially designed self-reflection/awareness, "know thyself" tool, to examine and gain a deeper understanding of strengths, weaknesses, preferences and passions, resulting in greater clarity and confidence; 

• exploring career options and identifying a career match (you might identify 2 or 3); 

• determining short & long term goals;

• assessing personal barriers;

• strategizing how to outsmart barriers/pinpoint solutions;

• creating an action plan with a focus on Time Management;

• developing a strong sense of self-worth.

​Adult Career Planning Workshop:  

• develop a 4-Step career plan related to career change or skills upgrade;

• determine short & long term goals;

• identify personal and career barriers;

• strategize how to outsmart barriers/pinpoint solutions; 

• communicate (written and oral) clearly and succinctly professional capabilities in a

  • short bio,

  • resume and

  • KSA (knowledge, skills and abilities) narrative for government jobs;​​

• create an action plan;

• develop self-confidence; a strong sense of self-worth.

ForGet Loans - Get Scholarships Workshop:  Youths or Adults ~

• search for and identify scholarships;

• write, edit and polish personal statements or essays for college or vocational school applications.

Holistic workshop components:  Participants are led in ~

• Body-Awareness, Stress-Relieving, Confidence-Building exercises, that engage the neocortex, "the most recently evolved part of our brain's cortex," and

• Career Color Philosophy ~ “Dressing for Success – How Colors Count.”
