As a former manager of a DC Public Libraries (DCPL) Homework Help Plus Center, Willette guided middle and high school students in essay writing and scholarship searches, and assisted adults with writing and updating their resume, job searches and completing online applications.  She was a job performance writer for the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC); writer/editor of a DCPL branch’s newsletter, and is a proposal writer for nonprofits.
